There're several purposes for this journal. The major one is to practice and enhance my writing English. Therefore this journal is intended to be absolutely in English.
Four month into maternity leave I'm no longer communicating in English so intensively, especially in writing. So I feel the urge to keep writing in order to preserve the vocabulary, fluency and overal quality of the language.
My first language is Russian, and I have to say that Russian writing structure is a little bit different from English. In my opinion, in Russian essay structure is not as important as in English.
